Family Photo Shoot :0)

Today was the first day I got ready in WEEKS!!! I have not had my make-up done or hair down in soooooo long I can't remember the last time. I have felt soooo NASTY lately. I feel like I need to apologize to anyone who has seen me the past few weeks. We planned on going to harvest fest at state fair but by the time we got down with our Saturday chores and errands it was to late. I didn't want to ditch out on Women's Conference (which started at 4:30) at church so we didn't go. It was fun trying to get a few pictures that were decent. I wish we had a photographer with us so we could have gotten a nice family photo :0(

I love my little family so much!!! They make me so HAPPY!!! The other day the three of them were playing outside on the back deck and it was so cute to watch them interact together. They were little three little ducks all in a row. I love how close in age they are!!! It is so fun to see them all playing together and enjoying each others company!!!

Off to women's conference I go! I always love going to women's conference because I come home feeling edified and recharged to be a woman, wife and mother!!! I will report later about it!!!

Sunday/MOMMY CAN WE FINGER PAINT????

I just love everything about my DOLLY!!! Especially that I can make her cute bows and clothes to wear an that she will actually wear them! I know there will come a day soon enough when it will no longer be cool to wear clothes that mom made and bows! For now I am going to enjoy every minute of it!!!

Yesterday was Sunday the day we go to church. Zach insisted that I stay home and sleep to get rested for today since I would be all by myself with the kids. He took Zander and Allissa to church with him and Brody stayed home with me and napped the entire time but maybe 30 minutes. Before the kids left I took a few pictures of them in the front yard. They looked too cute to not take their pictures. I wish it was easier to capture their cuteness. Allissa is in the looks silly with she tries to smile stage.

MOMMY CAN WE FINGER PAINT?????

This morning while I was cleaning the kitchen and talking on the speaker phone to Aubrey Zander requested that he would like to finger paint. We hadn't done it in a while so I hesitated at first and then said, "sure buddy." And I got it out. The kids had a blast mixing the colors. zander said "mommy look I mixed red and yellow and made orange!" I am glad they had a good time doing it. I want to try and do at least one craft activty with them every day. I thing we are starting week three with no TV. That's right no PBS kids for Zander. I didn't think he could live without it but some how some way he has survived...He wakes up every morning and gets himself dressed and goes out in the backyard to play. He has almost forgotten completely about the TV so that has been nice.

Well, I made it through alive so that is good. Not to say without some embarrassing moments. I went to the doctors at 10:15 to get the medication put in. At 1:11 my water broke. At 2:45 it all started. At about 6:30ish I got out of bed because I needed to go to the bathroom. When I got up I had MAJOR blood loss. Zach was dealing with the kids and I yelled for him because I was really hot and wanted to rest on him. When I was resting on him I started to feel like I was going to pass out so I took off my clothes to cool down. I remember Zach saying, "Darc keep talking to me" and looking up and it getting all blurring. Aparantly, Zach picked me up off the toilet, set me on the floor, and called 911. The next thing I remember is waking up looking at lights and a mirror. I was so lost it took me a while to figure out were the heck I was. Zach had to tell me I was on the bathroom floor and I could hear the 911 dispatcher on speaker phone. The next thing I hear are the sirens and then I started bawling because my house was a mess and I was naked on my bathroom floor with they exception of my "undershirt" and bra. Remember I got hot so I took off all my clothes to cool down!!!! Note to self, don't do that again! They made sure I was stable and then took me to Wheaton Fransican Hospital, the new one on 27th. It is great by the way. The staff were awesome. After a liter of fluid, blood work, pelvic exam to help get the rest of the contents out, and an ultrasound we got the go ahead to come home. Because it is a Catholic hospital they will take the "contents" and bury them in Racine. They don't just throw it away so that made me feel a little better. The ultrasound came back perfect, meaning everything that needed to come out did so that was a relief. I would just die if I had to have a D&C on top of all this. I opted for this because it would be way cheaper then the surgery but after all this I am not so sure that will be the case.

I am feeling WAY better today. I still get dizzy when I stand up but my stomach feels awesome! I guess one good thing that came from this is my stomach came back without having to diet for 6 months. Another thing I now know what it feels like to have my water break that has never happened before and I GOT to have ice chips at the hospital...they are my FAVORITE!!!!! I am feeling good emotionally at this point and I am just so grateful for my three perfect, healthy and beautiful babies! It was comforting to come home from the hospital and get to snuggle my babies. Zander and Allissa were freaked out a little bit by this if you can imagine...when I talked to Zander he said mommy are you feeling any better now. He was so sweet. Allissa gave me the biggest smile ever when she saw me and brody just wanted to snuggle me. He was neglected by me all day. I sure missed them.

baby update :0(

Hello, just wanted to let everyone know that I went in for my 13 w 4d appointment today and there was no heartbeat. They did an ultrasound and found out the baby died a few weeks ago. Sorry for the crappy news but I didn't want to have people coming up to me at church or where ever I might be and have to explain that my baby is dead a hundred times and cry and then be embarrassed for crying. I will take a pill tomorrow that will make me go into labor and then hopefully be done with it. Zach and I are both sad but we also know that everything happens for a reason and that we will get through this. Thanks for keeping our family in your prayers.

On Saturday after trying without any luck to make our pool look less like the local duck pond and more like a swimming pool we gave up and decided to take the kids for a bike ride. Zander got to ride his big boy bike and brody and allissa got pulled behind zach's bike. My job was to coach Zander along the way. Zander did awesome except for a few times when he forgot to use his brakes and when down the grass hills on the side of the rode. IT was so fun watching him learn and explore the world on his own. He though he was so cool ride his bike SUPER FAST!!!! He only crashed a handful of times but got right back up and kept growing. He was a trooper. Families are so much fun!!! I don't know what we would do without our wonderful children too keep us busy.

Yep we're Italian!

All I can say is yep we're Italian!!! Brody will not hardy eat anything except his famous "BA BA" unless I make homemade pasta and meatballs!! The little guy ate two meatballs and two helpings of pasta. I was quite impressed. The crazy part is when he was done eating there was only 3 little pasta pieces on the floor whereas normally his entire plate ends up on the fllor. If you don't believe me come check out my kitchen floor!

Pretend 1st Day of Preschool!

Well today was officaial the seconf day of preschool for the year but I had to pretend it was the first! I just found my camera today so on Wed. I wasn't able to take pictures! I felt like a slacker mom because all the other moms had their cameras out and I didn't! Oh well that sums up my crazy disorganized life!!!!

The three amigos!!! Brody's head appears to be larger then the other twos heads. You might think it is becuase he is closer to the camera but actual his head is larger then the other two kids. His head is in the 75th% and Zander and Allissa's heads are in the 5%!!!

Sitting in the circle like a big boy!! He just loves going to school. He wakes up in the morning asking for lunch because he knows he can't go to preschool until after lunch! I wish it was everyday!!!

Today I am officially 12 weeks! I am finally feeling better and look forward to the next few months. Zach is working like crazy and when he is not working he is working on his Master's program so it kind of stinks. I miss having him around. Well I can't say that he is around his head is just in the computer!

Well I finally found my camera and my laptop is working so I wanted to add our pictures from Utah to our blog! While we were in UT we got to go visit Great Grandma Spafford. The kids had a blast at Aunt Debbies and Uncle Wayne''s house and so did Zacha And I! Here are a few pictures from our trip...Here is everyone with Great Grandma Spafford!
